This year I've been busy!

In March I punched rascal_de_bosk in the arm (-10 points). In August valfufner and I donated clothes to the needy (11 points). In September I gave pish_tosh a life-saving blood transfusion (50 points). In April I gave change to a homeless guy (19 points). In October I ate my brussel sprouts (1 points).

Overall, I've been nice (71 points). For Christmas I deserve a shiny red ball!

So I think when/if I ever go absolutely crazy and go on some sort of spree I will be yelling "what is being?" "tell me what being is?" "I need to know being" This may even be the case once they cought me, and i am sitting in an asylum. If people try to answer then I will ask; "is that being with a big B or with a little b?" "How doe they relate to eachother? and how does Dasien work into the picture?" If they are able to answer these questions I will again ask what being is, and by that pint their answer will mostlikely have changed. I may even be able to get a whole group of crazy people in search of being. .. . . .

SO I've ment to say hi more often than I have. But I'm trying to pull off one of my best semesters as an undergraduate my last semester of my senior year, throw on top of that still fully active in Theta Chi, having a girlfriend of whom a care a great deal about, and working part time, which totals to not much time for anything else. (that's my way of apologizing for not calling, and not doing stuff with friends).

I would like to ask for some opinions on some things i am trying to figure out in life right now.
1. the first is should i look for a full, or part time job besides Baker's Square? I will be able to get decent hours and cross train to suprevisor there. (I still pln on applying to Grad schools in the fall)
2. What Should I do with theta Chi? I've been a member for almost four years now. I've been through all of its hard times that it has had in that time span. I've worked my ass off, I've given a great deal to it. Right now there is a great deal of apathy and lack of motivation. Some guys with the most apathy are the first to agree that it is there, but then don't do shit. If the chapter fails I have failed. I brougth up a list of concerns that I had with the chapter two weeks ago at a meeting (this aparently was a page anda half written according to the secretary). What else can be done in this situation? We tired to set goals using ones that were set two years ago as a guid line, and with two sections left the Vice president asked that we just accept the goals already set in those sections so that we could get moving on since he was bored and so were others.... I'm feeling as if ther is nothing I can do anymore for them. Any suggestions I would greatly appriciate. Any realistic ones would be even better.

Have you ever had your crazy self try and tell your non-crazy self to do something even though the non-crazy self isn't sure if it a good thing to do? Have you ever wondered which one is really the razy one between them? And what about the others? I don't see many people taking them into account either. . . .
Oh and by the way don't get so tired and stop paying attention that you start structuring metaphysical arguments when you are supposed to be structuring epistemological arguments instead, though this statement does not pertain the the previous one. . . .

I'm going to make it a personal project of mine to figure out how to step in and out of time. There are often times where I think it would be highly useful. I think I will also work on time travel as well. (i think that each practice is based off of very similar principles anyway.) I need to say this and since no one is near me right now to ask their opinion. . . ..I HATE TRANSLATIONS. . . . .for just this paper I want to know Greek. I didn't like the translation of this very very important sentence in Plato's Republic. So i looked at another I had and looked online as well. . . .They are more or less similar, but some are horribly stupid. . . ..arg. . . .damn them all. . . .oh yeah, i think this paper may just end up having to be late.

My current opinion. . . . .the world sucks, a large amount of people suck, and unfortunetely the suckiness tends to feed upon itself. This is wether you are watching a train wreck or certain lower aspects of politics, or even commercials on TV, or talking to friends. I thought i should share this. Its not that every thing is bad because i know its not, but i do think there should be some pruning to society every once in a while, though most people that think they can do it right are horribly horribly wrong, and they don't realize it. but thats not the point. . .(i do know that life is better than what it may seem like at times, and i know it isn't really bad right now in all actuality. . . .)
There is a big bright light on the horizon though (no that is not a semi-truck headed towards you, thats next week).. . . .at least for some of us. . . .all those that know and love donnie will jump in glea!!. . . .Donnie is coming back to theaters with never before seen scenes and all and fortunetely for any one living in the metro area it will be able to be seen at one theater starting the weekend of August 28th 2004!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 the worlds does love me . . . .sometimes. . . . .the wait is nearly over. . . . i miss frank and donnie and Gretchen, and all the rest. . .

I would like to let some people know something. Though yes i may be friends with people they are not friends with, does not mean that I dislike you, or that i am going to betray you, or them. Pretty much everything which is screwiy right now, and a pain in the as right now, between some people would actually be better if people would just talk to eachother. So in otherword, GET YOUR HEAD OUT OF YOUR ASS! Truly, if one look,s i am a bit of a better person than what a great deal are assuming.

The small civilization has decided on an extended vacation in my body, and hence is making stuff suck more than i appriciate. Due to this civilization i have not been able to do the homework which i have needed to, so i am going to be forcing myself to do the homework any way. This is going to be interesting (low attention span, sick, and trying to read Hume and Kant, and do logic, while reading about the constitution). But on a funner note: I am now tired enough, due to the illness, and the abnormal inability to sleep which i have encountered while being sick, to be a little bit more .. . . shall we say interesting at times (ie loopy, to exceedingly honest) but yeah, its all fun. . .well at least interesting. . .(btw, if one would ask a question you would get a response, and the mood i am in while answering the question can lead to an interesting response)
. . .oh. .yeah. . .and btw i have also realized that my dreams actualy do mirror some of my thoughts when i am awake. . .for some of you i think you know what that means, Rascal, i think you might find it interesting if i haven't told you already... But yeah.. . yay me? or yay you?. . .maybe yay hue?. . hues don't get enough praise in my opinion. . . .does any one have the number to the local animal hospital, apparently i told my flying monkeys to fly INTO the powerlines, and not around them last night, soo. . . they aren't doing so well. And yeah if anyone can direct me towards a location where i can pick up some zombie fetuses i would appriciate it, i have this really cool idea involving them and productions of both fiddler on the roof, and Jesus Christ Super star, on the same night.

Notice: to many, few, all, some, one, and others.. .. and those i may have left out by those descriptors accidentally. . . .

1. Yes, life is not fair all the time, and it does suck, blow, or is just not fun, or enjoyable. At other times it is fantastic, wonderful, beautifl, great and enjoyable. Look for the good in your life no matter if you are having bad day, or week, or if you are having a good day or week. No matter what it is it will make the day a little better, and a little easier to bear.
2. It is never as bad as you think it is.
3. There is a difference between having an inner child and being childish. I suggest that everyone takes time to evaluate which one of these categories they fall under.
4. Life is a scary thing, It is also a beautiful thing, enjoy it as much as you can.
5. Being nice to others is a great deal easier than what most would assume, and it makes a number of things a whole lot better for you and them in the long run.
6. Though things are depressing, or things suck, and it may seem as if some bad entity, what ever it may be has won, it probobly hasn't, it usually doesn't. Its jsut a hard time one is going through which makes it seem like that. A good deal of the time the good person, and the virtious ideals can win, its just it takes a little more work.
7. In the long run the harder work which was manetioned in point 6 does actually pay off, and it makes you more satisfied with yourself, and many other things. (this is regardless of what others may say)
8. Be true to thine own self, when you lie to yourself, and lie to others about the facts life gets a great deal harder. Dealing with what is actually there is not as hard as it seems. You can have the real world and keep your imagination, and inner-child entirely intact.
9. There are many fantastic things out there. The trick to it is that we have to find them and we have to allow ourselves to truly enjoy them for what they are.
10. There are many other points i would like to make. . . .but for now this is a start.
